Inquiry Process

NEXICMOTO offers custom development services including OEM/ODM wheel sets, CNC machined components, private-label packaging, and bespoke modification solutions. The following liability boundaries apply to all custom and development projects.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete technical specifications, drawings, and requirements prior to project commencement.
• Clients must verify that custom products comply with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and import requirements in their target market.
• Sample approval must be provided in writing before mass production commences. Approval of samples constitutes acceptance of the design and specifications.

NEXICMOTO's Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for product failure, injury, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use beyond the specified application range.
• Our liability for any defective custom order is limited to replacement or refund of the defective units, not exceeding the original invoice value of the affected items.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, supplier disruptions, shipping carrier issues, or customs clearance complications outside our control.
• Tooling and mold costs paid by the client are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless NEXICMOTO is found to be in material breach of the agreed specifications.

The NEXICMOTO name, logo, brand identity, product photography, technical diagrams, and all associated creative assets are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

If you are an authorized NEXICMOTO dealer or partner and require access to brand assets, product images, or marketing materials, please contact us directly. A dealer media kit is available upon verification of partnership status.

Any infringement of NEXICMOTO's intellectual property rights will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to civil remedies and injunctive relief.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction with NEXICMOTO, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body in Chongqing, China, unless a separate written agreement specifies an alternative jurisdiction.
